General

These terms apply to services provided by Abaru SIA, reg. no. 40203206300. The specific scope, duration and price of services are set out in a separate contract or proposal.

Access to client accounts

To deliver the service, the client grants us manager-level access to their Google Business Profile. The client remains the owner of the profile. We do not ask for or store client Google account passwords.

The client may withdraw access at any time. When an engagement ends, we remove our own access.

Publishing on the client's behalf

Review replies, posts and profile changes are published in the client's name. We prepare the content, including with the help of automated tools, but publish only after the client approves it or in line with rules agreed in writing beforehand.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied — opening hours, contact details, service descriptions and prices.

What we cannot guarantee

The behaviour, availability and rules of Google Business Profile are set by Google. We cannot guarantee particular search rankings, the removal of reviews, or that a profile will be verified. Google may change its rules or suspend a profile for reasons outside our control.

Invoicing

Services are invoiced monthly unless agreed otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 days.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount the client has paid for services in the preceding three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are settled by the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
